We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as secure online payments via credit/debit cards and popular mobile wallets like EasyPaisa and JazzCash.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or swap.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Butterfly Pakistan only ships within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our services to international customers in the near future.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our guide to ensure the perfect fit.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or until you receive a confirmation call from our team. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
