Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and photos of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Butterfly Pakistan tags attached in its original packaging.
Ship the Item
Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to our warehouse address provided by our support representative.
Refund or Exchange
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
